When you join a Global Insider Experience, you’re not just booking dinner. You’re stepping into someone’s home, someone’s world, and someone’s story.
What Is a Cultural Dinner?
A cultural dinner is the opposite of a tourist restaurant. It's a shared table, cooked by someone who grew up with the recipes you're about to taste, and it's wrapped in real stories, real life, and real connection.
Every dinner is different, just like every culture. But here’s what they all have in common:
- Small, intimate groups no crowds, no strangers, just connection
- Authentic home-cooked meals** from local hosts
- Vegetarian and non-vegetarian options**, thoughtfully curated
- Hosts who share more than food stories, history, tips, and friendship
- A look into real local life you won’t find in guidebooks
Why It’s More Than Just Food
We’ve found, through hosting and traveling ourselves, that these dinners create something powerful. Our hosts become guides, local insiders, even friends. They help guests discover where to eat, where to shop, and what’s really going on in the place they’ve landed.
Sometimes you talk about food. Sometimes you talk about politics. Sometimes you leave with a favorite recipe and a new friend. even help with language pronunciation.
