           Host Registration Requirements

 

To ensure quality, safety, and authenticity for every guest, please complete your registration with the following:

 

Required Information

​

• Full legal name

• Country, region, and city of hosting location

• Verified email: world_traveler_@outlook.com

• Active social media handles (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)

• Short biography (who you are, why you love hosting, what guests can expect)

• Recent headshot (for your public host profile)

• Valid photo ID (passport or national ID)

• Proof of liability assurance or host insurance coverage

Submissions are reviewed within 3–5 business days. Once approved, you’ll receive your onboarding packet and login credentials.

🧭 Host Competency & Verification

 

Every host must complete a competency and readiness assessment before being listed on the platform.

During onboarding, you may be asked to complete:

• A short competency test (covering cultural sensitivity, safety, and hospitality standards)

• A final verification step, which may include facial recognition confirmation during your first login — for security and authenticity purposes

 

Once verified, you’ll be fully activated and eligible to receive guest bookings.

 

 Payout System & Compensation

 

We believe in fairness and transparency.

Here’s how our payment system works:

 

Payout Structure

• Hosts receive 70% of total booking earnings

• Global Insider retains 30% for platform, processing, and support operations

• Payments are processed after the guest experience is successfully completed

 

Payment Methods

• PayPal (Primary Payout Method): Fast, secure, and globally trackable

• Alternative Global Transfers: For countries without PayPal access, we support Payoneer and international wire transfer options

• All transactions are processed in USD, with automatic conversion to your local currency upon payout

 

Payout Schedule

• Hosts can select biweekly or monthly payouts

• All hosts are classified as Independent Global Contractors, subject to U.S. business law

 Host Ranking & Conduct Policy

 

Every host starts with a 5-star rating based on guest feedback and conduct.

To ensure a consistent and trustworthy experience, Global Insider maintains a transparent ranking and review system.

 

Ranking & Review Guidelines

• Positive reviews increase visibility and priority in bookings

• Reports or guest complaints trigger a review process

• A first verified incident results in a formal warning

• A second verified incident may result in temporary or permanent suspension

 

Code of Conduct

• No soliciting guests for personal business, products, or financial gain

• Respect all guest boundaries and cultural differences

• Represent Global Insider with professionalism, warmth, and integrity

• Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment

⚖️ Legal & Contract Terms

• All hosts operate as Independent Global Contractors under Global Insider Experiences

• Hosts are subject to U.S. laws governing independent contract agreements

• Before activation, each host must sign the Global Insider Host Agreement, outlining payment, duties, and conduct

• Breach of terms may result in account suspension
