Global Insider was founded by Amber B Shells, a world-traveler, creator, and systems builder who has spent over a decade turning ideas into functioning realities.
Amber started her first company at just 20, long before fruit popsicles with veggies became a trend. Her creation, NuTRO Pop Analysis, combined wellness with innovation. Since then, she has helped nonprofits, small businesses, and international teams build their structures, grow their impact, and align with purpose.
Through years of working in Social Emotional Learning (SEL) and mentoring founders worldwide, Amber noticed a common pattern: brilliant people burning out, stuck in chaos, or losing themselves in their own work.
She realized that most people don’t need more hustle; they need structure, clarity, and belief in their vision.
That insight became the foundation of Global Insider, a hub for travel, systems, Connection, and global well-being.
Today, Amber splits her time between building international businesses, mentoring changemakers, and running The Amber Gold Honey Collective in Poland, a living example of community, sustainability, and creation in action.

Global Insider was born from shared tables and open hearts.
From tea in a Turkish home to laughter in a Polish kitchen, I’ve learned that the truest part of travel isn’t where you go, it’s who you meet.
This space was created to connect travelers with locals in a genuine way to slow down, share a meal, and hear the stories that never make it into guidebooks.
